As a Certified Nose Work Instructor, I enjoy working with all dogs to help them learn this fun game and help build a stronger bond between dog and human through the use of nose work. ​I am also a Certified Professional Dog Trainer. Offering puppy classes with AKC S.T.A.R Puppy certifications. I am certified to judge CGC, tricks and virtual home manners as well.

Lessons and classes are fun and educational for all. With over 10 years of experience, I am able to adapt lesson plans and customize training to each individual dog and human. With a background in education, I aim to create an environment for all that makes learning lifelong.

Our Expertise
My love for all things dogs began with my first dog Sasha, a pit/husky mix. As soon as we adopted her, I began my quest to learn everything I could about living with dogs. We built a relationship with a foundation in meeting her needs and essentially learning to speak dog. Sasha loves hikes, long walks on the beach and showing off all her tricks! When adding our next dog, Kirby, I learned about how dogs communicate with each other and also how to maintain relationships between humans and dogs. Being a hound, Kirby has very different needs and we loved getting to help him use his nose for good. Kirby competes in NACSW and AKC scent work, agility, rally obedience and tricks. Kirby has been chosen to participate in commercials and TV shows as well.
With all this said, I hope it shows how much I care for my own dogs and I hope to show you how to build a relationship built on communication, respect, and compassion with your dogs. I have been training dogs and their people for over 10 years. I have met countless teams of people and dogs and truly enjoy creating environments for all learners. I am a Certified Professional Dog Trainer - Knowledge Assessed and a Certified Nose Work Instructor through NACSW. I utilize positive reinforcement training techniques.
